Check please.
I've been told by productivity experts, "systems not goals". I've also been told "schedule everything". There seems to be a bit of tension between the two ideas, as scheduling seems to be a form of goal setting.
Perhaps a new angle is required. Checkboxes. Specifically, using checkboxes as a systems-type process for scheduling. Regular checkboxes give that burst of dopamine when checked off. Same as crossing off an item from a list. However, the common checkbox can quickly become dull.
Solution. Upgrade the checkbox experience. Souped-up Checkboxes.
Ideas
1) Bombastic checkbox app!
